Validus was originally founded with experienced leaders in the IT profession that combined their years of experience in IT project management, consulting, and recruiting to form a unique firm.
Validus was formed with a goal to deliver cost-effective solutions to a client’s IT needs, while maintaining the highest level of customer service. Our core business value is to serve our Clients as we would want to be served; with the highest moral, ethical, and professional behavior; and the business and technical skills to match. The bottom line is to add value.
Abel Silva
Mr. Silva, CEO and President, has over 30 years of experience in information technology management and operations with 20 years in leadership positions. He has held key positions in both corporate and consulting organizations, with the last 15 years as an advisory and management consultant. Mr. Silva has managed or served as oversight manager for major projects including software development, systems integration and IT managed services in the oil and gas, healthcare, environmental, marketing, manufacturing, and retail industries. Mr. Silva’s long-term relationships with his clients are a result of a continual focus on service and delivery.
