As with most companies, they couldn’t afford downtime or glitches during this process. They were taking a calculated but significant risk with the move, and we were ready partners in helping them manage this high-risk environment.
We have a great team, but also had to augment our talent pool quickly to ensure continuity of excellent service to our existing clients. We were able to hire talented people, many of whom remain with the company.
One of our points of pride is our ability to partner with any and all other vendors/providers involved. It’s not always easy, especially when one of the vendors is on the way out, but it’s often the reality of the situation and requires professionalism, knowledge and positivity.
The primary finding in the discovery process was that the company’s security risk was not sustainable. We were able to reprioritize and flex the budget to ensure the company’s IT security processes were stable before they were compromised.
For complex engagements, Validus’ discovery process is central to the success of the client. In an industry rife with surprises, we intend to minimize risk and disruption whenever possible.
The transition from the previous IT service provider was seamless and Validus maintained a wonderful multi-year relationship with this company. We remained their partner until the company sold very recently. We are proud to think we had a hand in their success and continue to maintain a relationship with the acquiring company.
